“A man of perseverance and principles.”
Mr. Armel A. Halili is a man of perseverance and principles. He dreamt of one day owning an engineering company and worked his way into achieving that goal.
AAH, as he is fondly called, took up his bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering at Mapua Institute of Technology– Manila’s premier engineering and architecture school.
He began his career with the curtain wall industry in 1999 as a QA/QC Engineer in Altech based in Manila. He also worked as a Production/Planning and Safety Engineer. These jobs piqued his interest more in the industry. He believed that glass and aluminum facade is what makes a building unforgettable.
As he was gaining local expertise, the doors of overseas employment opened for him in 2006. He landed a Project Engineer job at Al Abbar Architectural Glass in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. After his successful stint, he decided to move to Alunasa Qatar and work as Senior Project Engineer.
In 2012, Armel went back home to spend more time with his family. He took a job as Project Manager in Loxon Wandset, Inc. where he spearheaded six high-rise projects.
With experience both local and international, he joined Technoglass Curtainwall Systems Inc. in 2015, as Part-Owner also serving as the Company’s Project and Plant Director. Under his leadership, he was able to negotiate 27 projects.
On February 21, 2017, AAH opened Onealuverre Enterprises. Thus, fulfilling his childhood dream. Onealuverre offers fabrication and installation of glass and aluminum doors, windows, louvers, skylights, balustrades and canopies, among others. To date, Onealuverre has completed 20 projects and currently has 5 on-going projects.
As the main man behind Onealuverre Enterprises, AAH envisions the company to be one of the best contractors and the leading provider in the glass and aluminum Industry.
