Responsibilities

  • Acts as custodian for all incoming and outgoing documents in a systematic way for easy retrieval
  • Foresee proper use of forms by every department as to conform based on standards
  • Prepares documentation such as withdrawal, backload, delivery receipts, billing attachments, etc.
  • Manage the flow of documentation within internal team
  • Monitor and track all submittals that needs immediate response
  • Maintain and update records and documents of the projects and recommend courses of action if necessary
  • Tracks all documents pertaining to project
  • Maintain backup of files to ensure proper storage and archiving
  • Perform other functions as the need arise
