Responsibilities

ON EMPLOYEE RELATIONS:
A.) Responsible in handling concerns such as behavior, performance, contract, payroll and benefits
B.) Prepares memorandum for President’s approval

ON RECRUITMENT AND CONTRACTS:
A.) Responsible in the end-to-end recruitment process
B.) Orients new hire
C.) Evaluates employees in terms of behavior and attendance
D.) Maintain timely renewal and end of contracts

ON COMPENBEN:
A.) Timekeeping for payroll
B.) Preparation of payroll and audit
C.) Prepares government mandates remittances
D.) Maintain timely insurance update
E.) Ensure timely enrollment and attrition to government agencies

ON MANAGEMENT:
A.) Coordinates with the President and other department heads regarding their respective concern/requirement
B.) Implementation and development of company policies and regulations
C.) Foresee activities of Human Resource/Admin department
D.) Assist other departments if the need arise
E.) Plans employee-related activities in terms of growth and development including the budgetary request

ON OTHER ADMIN RELATED DUTIES:
A.) Prepare minutes of the meeting
B.) Supplies requisition
C.) Schedules weekly meeting with the President and departments

Qualifications / Skill Set :

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent; at least 2 years experience in related field
  • Knowledge requirement: Payroll, compensation and benefits, Egov
  • Skills required: Human relations, leadership abilities, administration works
  • Computer literate
